What are the opening hours?
We work from Monday to Saturday between 7am-6pm & on Sundays we only make bookings for Monday.
Do we need to complete the RTA disposal form?
No, We donate the rego plates back to the customer along with our company receipt which will have all the details of the company. Customers need to hand in the rego plates to the Service NSW & they will provide the cancellation of registration form that will need to be completed in order to cancel the registration.
How long does it take to remove the car from the premises?
It only take a couple of hours from the time booking is made & approximately 10 minutes to pick up the car.
Is there any cost for the towing of the car?
No, The Car Removal service is absolutely free & there is no hidden cost for the removal.
What payment is made for my vehicle?
We only pay cash for cars during the removal. When the driver arrives for the car, cash payment will be made & the car will be taken away.

How to Sell My Car with or Without Registration
If you are selling your car with registration plates, you will need to submit a notice of disposal, which you can complete online or by visiting your closest Service NSW centre.
When selling your car that is currently unregistered or does not have the required registration, we will aim to complete the sale as per your convenience. Post that we will be providing you with relevant paperwork and return the rego plates. You will have to hand in the rego plates to your closest Service NSW centre for cancellation and complete a simple Number Plates and/or Cancellation of Registration form.
What Documents Are Required
You must know that there are certain documents before we can pick up your car. You will be required to provide documents including a legal Photo ID (License, Photo Card, Passport). The ID must have your full name, address, and a valid photograph of the seller. You can connect with us to know more and get help with the required documents.
